Aurora, Pakistan’s leading magazine dedicated to advertising, marketing, and media, is looking for a talented and creative Content Coordinator to join its editorial team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating innovative content ideas, writing high-quality articles, editing submissions, and commissioning content from contributors. The position requires strong editorial judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage content pipelines effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop fresh and engaging content ideas relevant to the advertising, marketing, and media industry.
- Write, edit, and proofread editorial content to ensure it meets Aurora’s quality and style guidelines.
- Identify and commission articles from industry experts and external contributors.
- Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely publication of content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content strategies with Aurora’s editorial vision.
- Oversee the magazine’s presence on social media, ensuring content is effectively promoted across platforms.
Qualifications:
- University degree from a recognized institution, preferably in English, Liberal Arts, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven editorial experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional command over written and spoken English.
- Strong content creation and editing skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
