Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop research methodologies across multiple disciplines and projects.
  • Provide guidance on qualitative and quantitative research techniques, ensuring proper selection of methods based on the research question and objectives.
  • Assist research teams in planning, implementing, and evaluating research projects with attention to the methodology.
  • Conduct literature reviews to identify best practices and emerging trends in research methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure methodologies align with project goals and deliverables.
  • Analyse and interpret research data using appropriate statistical or quantitative techniques.
  • Prepare and present research methodology reports, including documentation of findings, processes, and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with new research methodologies, techniques, and tools in the field.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Research,Business,Communication, Social Sciences, Statistics or Psychology
  • At least 1 year of experience in this field.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing research methodologies for both qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in team settings.
  • Familiarity with advanced data visualisation and interpretation.
