Description:
We have an URGENT need for a Sr. QA Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365. The Test Lead position (ERP, Master Data Management (MDM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), PRISYM labeling) has been created to define, monitor, review, and maintain the overall test strategy for the program. The Test Lead will be responsible for the creation, update, and maintenance of Test Plans and test Cases, and developing/updating test automation scripts.
This is an onsite role and preference will be given to candidates in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. If this role requires travel outside of your home city, accommodations and reimbursement will be provided accordingly.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinate development of tests scripts
- Use defect tracking tools to document, track and report defects and defect resolution
- Provide oversite on developing and using automated testing platforms
- Provide leadership and oversite of testing staff and user acceptance testing
- Plan and schedule testing agenda, participants, and execution
- Resolve issues throughout the development life cycle
- Provide detailed documentation
- Provide test leadership for the system and all impacted interfacing systems
- Track and Report test results
- Manage and Report defect status
Qualifications:
- 4-year Technical Degree
- 6 years of software testing experience
- Credibility and ability to interact with and influence all levels of the organization
- Proven track record of implementing and utilizing automated tools and frameworks
- Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile testing methodologies and processes
- Strong communication, organization, leadership, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work on fast-paced project teams and adhere to deadlines
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations UAT execution orchestration
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Regression orchestration using RSAT preferred
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Performance Test orchestration
- Experience with Azure DevOps
