Construction Specialist

Description:

Experience: 12 -15 years in civil construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects of varying size and complexity. Middle East experience (especially in UAE) will be preferred.

• Oversee all aspects of civil construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and personnel to ensure project objectives are achieved safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and project specifications.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, including safety hazards and budgetary constraints.
• Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project costs and schedules to ensure adherence to budget and timeline.
• Resolve construction-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Manage project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
