We are looking for a Conference/Training Producer to build world-class programs and wholesome content for our corporate events. The responsibilities include:

- To conduct commercial & business/market research and speak to relevant key industry leaders to identify latest & upcoming trends and topics
- To analyze the relevance & feasibility of developing & structuring potential topics and subject matters, and building the programme for a commercially viable masterclass
- Recognizing the who's who in the industry and creating connections & liaison with them for a speaking engagement & represent their expertise in our events
- Working in close co-operation with sales & marketing by sharing ideas and a comprehensive overview for all events, and what the key highlights are that will entice and engage the target audience, as well as for prospective delegates and potential sponsors, when required.
We are looking for a person who:
- Based in Karachi, Pakistan.
- Ideally, should have minimum 1 year experience in Conferences & Events industry or relevant industries (Communications or Business background is a plus!)
- A genuine, positive attitude with good communication skills
- Inquisitive and a results-driven mindset, with a passion for research and learning to create an insightful and power-packed event
- Confidence & good interpersonal skills, you are able to communicate well with key industry leaders and subject matter experts
- Fluent in English. Good & creative writing skills in English (Composing business and commercially-related content in B2B conferences & events is a plus!)
