Description:
Motive is looking for a Computer Vision Engineer to help develop cutting-edge AI solutions for fleet safety and driving intelligence. As part of a high-caliber research and engineering team, you will work on state-of-the-art models, algorithms, and machine learning technologies that improve fleet safety, enhance road security, and optimize operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance existing computer vision models and algorithms for optimal performance.
- Build and optimize CV/ML algorithms for real-time execution on embedded platforms.
- Write high-quality Python and C++ code for model training, optimization, compression, and deployment.
- Convert cutting-edge research into scalable, production-ready features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ML, Robotics, Embedded, Backend, and Frontend engineers.
- Solve complex challenges in object detection, segmentation, and geometric computer vision.
- Develop automated deployment, validation, and active learning pipelines.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related field.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Machine Learning (preferred).
- Strong mathematical foundation in CV, ML, and optimization approaches.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Caffe.
- Proficiency in Python and C++.
- Experience in embedded algorithm development.
- Experience with AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS), CI/CD, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Prior experience with Eigen library and RTOS is a strong plus.
