Computer Aided Design Drafter

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Aided Design Drafter at Arif Belgaumi Architects in Karachi. The role involves producing architectural drawings and details, reading and understanding engineering drawings, reading and applying building control by-laws, and using computer-aided design (CAD) software. The drafter will collaborate with the design team to create detailed and accurate drawings for architectural projects.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in architectural drawing, engineering drawings, and construction practices.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Lumion, VRay, Enscape.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Technical qualification from recognized CAD drafting institute.
• Prior experience in architectural drafting is a plus
