Compliance Manager

Description:

• Manage Labor/ HR Practices as per labor laws.
• Lead& Conduct the internal labor audits as per buyer's standards.
• Lead & assist in social audits. i.e WRAP, Sadex, BSCI, SA 8000, Customer's Audit etc.
• Update CAP's (Correction Action Plan) on customer portal & ensure its implantation across all the facilities.

Qualification & Experience:

MBA HR/ MHRM/ LLB or other relevant degree from HEC recognized university.

5-8 years of relevant experience.
