Your day will revolve around:

  • Gathering and analyzing operational reports to maintain daily export shipment data.
  • Compiling monitoring sheets using advanced software tools to ensure seamless tracking.
  • Keeping a close watch on all shipments until they are successfully delivered.
  • Addressing exceptions promptly, ensuring timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating efficiently with networks, shippers, and consignees through phone calls, emails, and EBS systems.
  • Launching package collection requests via email in the Oracle system for streamlined operations.
