Job Responsibilities

-To take the potential clients to office tour

-To collaborate with marketing team to get clients information and plan their visit accordingly

-To coordinate with building administration to align company’s goals

-Be the primary point of contact for community members, addressing queries and concerns promptly

-Ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing members

-To ensure a high-quality office experience

 

Required Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

-At least 2 years experience as Community Manager (or relevant) in a coworking space field

-Excellent communication skills
