Description:
We are looking for a Community Manager Intern who will be responsible for managing community platforms including social media marketing and content creation.
We expect you to be tech-savvy, have exceptional oral and written communication skills, and be able to develop engaging content. You should have excellent customer service skills as a “people person” and be able to regulate discussions with our community.
What we expect from you
- Creates and implements strategies to increase engagement (Mighty Network platform).
- Communicates with community members about upcoming mastery calls and other relevant events via email.
- Posts reminders, announcements, and updates to keep the members informed and engaged.
- Posts recordings of sessions in the community platform.
- Summarizes videos and other content using AI tools or any online tools to highlight key points.
- Creates engaging social media posts showcasing community events and activities and implements strategies through social media marketing and outreach efforts to attract new members.
- Engages with potential community members on social platforms to generate interest and increase membership.
- Takes responsibility for the project's management and success.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management.
