Community And Space Manager

 

Description:

As the Community Manager, you have to ensure a high-quality office experience. The Community Manager is responsible for all affairs concerning the community including but not limited to safety and security of location. Community engagement, customer service, member retention, and staff performance is another aspect of the role.

 

Required background

 

  • Minimum a year of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in hospitality (hotels, restaurants, QSR) are highly encouraged to apply.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the entire membership cycle from members’ joining to termination
  • Assist in organizing community engagement activities and events
  • Manage the building's non-management staff (NMS)
  • Ensure that all amenities promised to members are being provided - Amenities include reception services and mail handling, daily housekeeping, repairs and maintenance, availability of stocks and supplies, backup power Infrastructure, Internet, serving of tea, coffee, and food
  • Support sales team in property visits
  • Keep the facility up to the defined standards, both functionally and aesthetically
  • Promptly resolve member complaints
  • Identify and implement ways to improve member experience
