Description:
We are looking to connect with the Communication Officer for our institution.
- Manage the company’s social media communications.
- Act as a spokesperson for the university.
- Answer inquiries that are received on all channels of communication of Denning which includes multiple-phone line systems, social media messages, information and admissions email, SMS, and WhatsApp through a software system.
- Strong public relations skills and consideration for dealing with clients and witnesses.
- To operate and answer inquiries in a professional way to show a customer-orientated image of the organization at all times.
- Stay up-to-date with the programme information, eligibility criteria, fee structure, etc. for all the foundation, undergraduate, and postgraduate programmes that are offered by Denning.
- Write, edit and distribute various types of content specific to the program information.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree
- Strong understanding of public relations principles and techniques
- Strong public communication and client dealing skills Excellent English communication skills
- good computer skills (Word and Excel).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in educational sector
