We're seeking a dedicated Communication Liaison Officer to establish and maintain seamless communication between Gradvisors, clients, universities, and portal representatives. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring effective interaction and coordination among stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture communication channels between Gradvisors, clients, universities, and portal representatives.
  • Initiate and manage various types of meetings (Zoom, in-person) by reaching out to clients and scheduling appointments efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate and diligent completion of information on portals, maintaining data integrity and precision.
  • Engage in ongoing communication with clients, facilitating a smooth and effective exchange of information.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication, English, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Diligent work ethic with an eye for detail, ensuring error-free interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple communication channels and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in coordinating meetings and utilizing communication platforms.
