Description:
Responsibilities:
· Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls & messages in a timely manner.
· Respond to local and international customers.
· Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions .
· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
· Guide customers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services.
· Work with multiple platforms e.g. Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Shopify etc.
· Provide detailed reports on customer insights.
Requirements:
· At least one year of professional experience
· Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
· Fluent in English & Urdu
· Great active listening skills
· Computer literacy
· Basic knowledge and fluency in Microsoft Excel
· Able to work in different shifts (Morning or Evening)
