Key Responsibilities:

✅ Use your own Upwork account to identify and bid on relevant projects in the IT and technology sector.
✅ Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and effectively communicate ZYCK Technology’s services.
✅ Negotiate terms, finalize deals, and build lasting professional relationships with clients.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution after winning bids.
✅ Maintain accurate records of all bids, conversions, project details, and commission calculations.

Requirements:

✔ Strong communication and customer service skills.
✔ Proven experience in Upwork bidding, online sales, and client management.
✔ Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
✔ Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking bids, projects, and commissions.
