We are seeking a proactive and strategic Commercial Manager to lead and manage our bid processes, oversee documentation, and support our sales team to drive business growth. This role is critical in ensuring our operations align with business objectives while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the bid process, including tender preparation, submission, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities and create winning strategies.
  • Oversee and maintain all commercial documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct risk analysis and provide actionable insights to minimize business risks.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
  • Ensure profitability through strategic pricing and cost management.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in bid management, tender processes, and contract negotiation.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in tools like CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
