Description:

ConnectX, an ambitious global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider, seeks a passionate and results-oriented Commercial Director to spearhead our BPO efforts initially within the UK property management industry. This strategic leadership role demands a proven track record of driving revenue growth and overseeing all aspects of our commercial strategy for the UK market.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement a comprehensive BPO sales and market expansion strategy for the UK property management industry, aligning with ConnectX's overall growth objectives.

· Lead and manage a high-performing team of BPO sales professionals, marketing specialists, and business development representatives.

· Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, from market research and lead generation to deal closure and account management.

· Identify and qualify high-value BPO sales opportunities by analysing market trends, competitor activity, and client needs.

· Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase ConnectX's value proposition and address specific pain points faced by potential clients.

· Secure profitable BPO contracts through skilled negotiation and deal closure strategies, adhering to relevant business practices.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including existing and prospective clients, industry partners, and government agencies as required.

· Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure a tailored and seamless client experience.

· Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and individual performance, driving continuous improvement in sales, market share, and profitability.

· Analyse market trends and competitor activity within the relevant sector to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the industry curve.

· Develop and implement effective pricing strategies for BPO services.

· Oversee any merger and acquisition activity to expand ConnectX's service offerings and market reach if required.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 12+ years of experience including experience in a senior commercial leadership role (ideally within the BPO industry), with substantial exposure to the UK market or the European, US and Canadian Markets.

· Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.

· Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team with diverse skill sets.

· Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.

· Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

· Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) a strong plus.
