Collections Specialist

Description:

ZaphyrPro is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, negotiate payments, and resolve disputes. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism in handling financial discussions, and the ability to maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Follow up on overdue invoices and ensure timely collections.
✅ Contact clients via phone and email to facilitate payments.
✅ Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes effectively.
✅ Maintain detailed records of collection activities.
✅ Work closely with finance and customer service teams to streamline the collection process.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle financial discussions professionally.
• Experience in accounts receivable or collections is a plus.

Working Hours:

🕒 Monday to Friday | 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM
