Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Identify cases within the corporate services department where mandatory reporting requirements are not met or are incomplete.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to understand the root causes of renewal cases and determine the appropriate corrective actions.
  • Develop and execute renewal strategies to maximize retention rates
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams on renewal recovery cases.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding renewal inquiries, negotiations, and processes.
  • Communicate renewal options, benefits, and incentives to encourage customers to renew their vehicle trackers.
  • Analyze renewal data, track key metrics, and generate reports to monitor renewal performance and identify trends or areas for improvement.
  • Work on renewal and removal cases of vehicles.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in B.com/BBA, Diploma or a related field.
  • Previous experience in similar role and tracking industry within the Customer services, corporate services, or regulatory sector preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and identify underlying issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
