In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our products and services, and driving interest to generate qualified leads. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients from provided lead lists.
• Effectively pitch company services and explain the value proposition to potential customers.
• Manage and update lead information in CRM tools, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.
• Handle objections confidently and professionally to overcome client hesitation.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Collaborate with team members to refine call scripts and strategies based on feedback and performance.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or call center environments is required.
• Strong verbal communication skills with excellent active listening abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, night shift environment.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized individual with a passion for sales.

Shift Timings:
6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
