Job Responsibilities:
- Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle inbound calls from potential candidates and clients, providing information and assistance as needed. Initiate outbound calls to prospects from our lead lists, effectively communicating the value propositions of our recruitment services.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and aligning our services to meet their expectations.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve collective goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Previous experience in inbound/outbound calling, with a demonstrated track record of success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
