We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cold calling, with a talent for initiating engaging conversations and identifying potential clients who can benefit from our cutting-edge digital marketing services.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate and manage high-volume cold calling efforts to generate qualified leads.
- Implement effective communication strategies to capture the interest of potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our services and stay updated on industry trends.
- Position our services effectively during interactions with potential clients.
- Identify and research potential clients, understanding their business needs and how our services align with their objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales Manager/Team Lead to schedule sales appointments with qualified leads.
- Ensure a smooth handover of leads to the sales team.
- Document all activities, interactions, and relevant information in the CRM system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and prospects.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation goals.
- Continuously assess and refine strategies to optimize lead generation performance.
- Work closely with the marketing team to provide insights and feedback on cold-calling scripts and approaches.
- Participate in collaborative efforts to refine strategies based on performance analytics.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate complex services.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management.
