In this role, you'll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, initiating conversations, and driving business opportunities for our company. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and making a significant impact on our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate cold calls to potential clients and generate leads.
• Effectively communicate the company’s services and value proposition to prospects.
• Build rapport and foster relationships with new and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales outcomes.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior sales or cold calling experience (background in the design industry is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and goal-focused.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Shift Timings: 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM (Night Shift)
