Cold Caller

Description:

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Cold Caller (CSR) at Alpha X Dispatch, located in Coco Space, I-10 Markaz, Islamabad. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to truckers, offering truck dispatching services to generate leads and set appointments. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide detailed information about the company’s services, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be expected to meet set targets, contributing directly to the company's success. This is a night shift role with a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cold calling, customer service, or sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with telemarketing or customer service roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Knowledge of the logistics industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed targets consistently
