We are looking for a professional Cold Caller for E-commerce (B2B) / Appointment Setter with exceptional English proficiency and strong persuasive abilities. The ideal candidate will have a confident and polished demeanor, suitable for on-call lead generation for Sales Closers, along with a deep understanding of business dynamics, especially in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing with a focus on scaling growth at all times

 

Our business offers cutting-edge E-commerce services, along with designing, marketing and social media management solutions. The cold caller will play a crucial role in promoting these services and ensuring every interaction reflects the company’s mission.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make daily cold calls to prospective clients.
  • Provide detailed reports after each call, including call duration, client details, and outcomes.
  • Generating new business opportunities and scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team and handling calls independently during busy periods.
  • Offer market insights and client feedback to enhance the company’s outreach strategies.
  • Maintain a disciplined approach, adhering to all company policies and values.
  • Be able to prime the opportunity and potential to grow & become a closer running through the complete sales cycle by driving value & creating interest with prospects.
  • Escalate complex situations directly to the Head of Growth & Head of Operations when needed.
  • Must know how to build/follow a sustainable & effective outreach process via cadencing/sequencing of outreach steps
  • Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities & revenue
  • Meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, lead conversion rates, and pipeline targets

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of cold calling and demo/consultation scheduling experience
  • Proven success in prospecting new markets and setting appointments with new businesses
  • Proficiency with communication tools like Just Call, Slack and Monday.com.
  • Strong patience and persistence are key to success in this role.
  • Ability to deliver insights and strategies to improve client acquisition efforts.
  • Punctuality and strong communication skills are essential.
  • Adaptability and able to adjust strategies based on feedback and market changes.
