Cold Caller

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Cold Caller to support our international sales efforts, specifically targeting clients in the UK, USA, and Canada. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an outbound call center environment and will be comfortable working the night shift.

• Conducting outbound calls to potential clients in the UK, USA, and Canada
• Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities through effective communication
• Maintaining a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
• Collaborating with the sales team to refine and improve outreach strategies
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in an outbound call center, preferably dealing with international clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle objections
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
