Cold Call Specialist

 

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Cold Calling Specialist with excellent communication skills and experience in a tech company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and securing new business opportunities through cold calling efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and generate interest.

Identify and qualify leads, gathering essential information to understand client needs.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential clients.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up on leads in a timely manner.

Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective cold calling scripts and strategies.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities.

Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve cold calling strategies and overall sales process.

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Approximately 1 year of experience in a cold calling or telemarketing role, preferably within a tech company.

Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.

Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Familiarity with the tech industry and understanding of technology-related products/services is a plus.
