We are seeking a skilled Campaign Management Software Support Specialist with expertise in SQL and Unix server administration to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for our campaign management software tools, ensuring seamless operations and excellent service delivery to our clients as well as optimization of the system where necessary.

*Responsibilities:*

•⁠ ⁠Utilize SQL knowledge to manage and manipulate data within the campaign management software tools.

•⁠ ⁠Administer Unix servers, including performing tasks such as checking logs, starting and stopping services, and configuring files.

•⁠ ⁠Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the campaign management software tools and Unix server environment.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions and enhancements to improve system performance and efficiency.

•⁠ ⁠Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders and clients as needed.

*Requirements:*

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux server administration, including familiarity with various commands for log checking, service management, and configuration file manipulation.

•⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members and clients.

•⁠ ⁠Prior experience in campaign management software support or telecom industry is a plus.
