Responsibilities:

•Data Entry Excellence: Your primary responsibility will be to enter and update content across multiple platforms, including apps and websites. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy of information presented to our users.

•Content Updates and Maintenance: You will organize and categorize content within the CMS to facilitate easy retrieval, searchability, and navigation. In addition to formatting and editing data to ensure consistency in style, layout, and branding guidelines.

•Quality Assurance: You will perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity, functionality, and usability of our digital platforms. You will identify and resolve errors or inconsistencies within the CMS or escalate to the appropriate technical support team when necessary.

•User Experience Enhancement: You will proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the overall user experience.

•Documentation: You will maintain documentation related to CMS processes, workflows, and best practices for future reference and training purposes.

•Stay Updated: You will keep abreast of new features, updates, and trends related to the CMS platform, and provide recommendations for enhancements and improvements.

•Collaborative Partnership: You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including marketing, product management, and development teams, to align content and data entry processes. Your effective communication skills and ability to build strong relationships will be key to your success in this role.

•User Support and Training: You will provide support and training to CMS users, including content creators and editors, to ensure their understanding of CMS functionalities and best practices.

Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and equivalent work experience.

•Proficiency in working with content management systems, preferably with experience in a specific CMS platform (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.).

•Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web publishing principles.

•Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines and standards.

•Exceptional organizational skills and handling multiple projects.

•High problem-solving capabilities.

•Ability to work independently.

•Familiarity with content management best practices and SEO principles is a plus.
