We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Cluster Head at the Institute of Entrepreneur Development (IOED) campus in Mirpurkhas. This full-time, onsite role is designed for a visionary leader overseeing multiple campus departments, ensuring they operate harmoniously and efficiently. The Cluster Head will also manage the Learning Management System (LMS), enhancing its effectiveness and ensuring it meets the educational needs of both students and faculty. This pivotal role involves setting strategic goals, enhancing educational programs, and leading a team that fosters academic excellence and innovation. Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations at the campus, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Class Scheduling: Ensure that all classes are scheduled on time and are in alignment with the academic calendar.
• Pre-class Coordination: Manage the coordination and execution of pre-class startup tests and interviews to assess and prepare students for the curriculum.
• LMS Oversight: Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure that it functions smoothly, facilitating effective learning and teaching processes.
• Principal Duties: Handle principal-related tasks, ensuring compliance with educational standards and policies.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the campus staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Reporting: Regularly report to senior management on campus activities, progress, and issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in educational administration or a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of classroom technologies and educational best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
