Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft O365 administration, client onboarding, and the deployment of various cloud-based technologies. This role requires expertise in managing migrations, designing network diagrams, and creating comprehensive documentation. The candidate should also be proficient in deploying and managing tools such as Proofpoint, KnowBe4, and Cisco Umbrella.
Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft 365 Administration & Migrations:
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 environments, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Perform tenant-to-tenant migrations, data migrations, and hybrid deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve M365-related issues effectively.
Client Onboarding:
- Onboard new clients into various cloud and security technologies, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Deploy and configure Proofpoint Email Security solutions tailored to client needs.
- Implement KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training and manage client engagement strategies.
- Set up and maintain Cisco Umbrella for enhanced network security.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Create network diagrams, system architecture blueprints, and technical flowcharts.
- Provide periodic reports on system health, client onboarding progress, and project status.
System and Network Management:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-based and on-premises network infrastructure.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design secure and scalable solutions.
Security and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance frameworks such as CIS, GDPR, and HIPAA.
- Proactively identify and mitigate security risks across systems and applications.
Client Support and Training:
- Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues, providing exceptional support.
- Train clients and internal teams on new systems, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:3+ years of experience in Microsoft O365 administration and migrations.
- Hands-on experience with Proofpoint, KnowBe4, and Cisco Umbrella deployments.
- Strong background in creating technical documentation and network diagrams.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory.
- Solid understanding of network protocols, security concepts, and cloud architectures.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
- Soft Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
