Cloud Sales Manager

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cloud Sales Manager at REDtone Digital Services. The Cloud Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales process, developing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, and a deep understanding of cloud-based solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the cloud services sector

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their cloud computing needs, and offering tailored solutions

• Generate leads through various channels, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities

• Utilize existing and potential customer networks to generate new business opportunities

• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty

• Establish sales account targets and track progress towards achieving them, ensuring alignment with company objectives

• Responsibly manage baseline revenue and oversee accounts receivable to maintain financial stability

• Develop and manage relationships with customers at senior management levels effectively, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cloud computing technologies and services

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

• Experience in managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• Experience in the telecommunications or IT industry is a plus

• Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are beneficial
