Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients who have shown interest in final expense insurance.
- Provide detailed information about final expense products, including benefits, coverage options, and pricing.
- Build rapport with clients and understand their needs to recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Handle objections effectively and address any concerns clients may have.
- Close sales by securing client commitment to purchase final expense insurance policies.
- Accurately complete necessary documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and develop strategies for improving sales performance.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry or a BPO setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Proven ability to close sales and meet or exceed targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Knowledge of final expense insurance products or similar insurance lines is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
