Responsibilities:
- Proficient in doing cross sells and upsells as well.
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; Developing and maintaining a productive long term relationship with your customer.
- Sells services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Acquiring a deep understanding of your customer needs and requirements.
- Maintains relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Understand the full sales life cycle, be prepared to write sales proposals and pitch to customers.
- Answering questions from customers before and after purchase and providing a demonstration of the software to ensure it fits each customer’s needs.
- Handling customers’ day-to-day queries.
- Working on new customers to follow up, to increase sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Must have Bachelor's Degree in Business.
- Able to achieve sales targets and maximizing revenue from existing customers.
- Proven 4 years of experience in info business product, software, website design and development sales.
- Fluent in English in speaking and writing as well.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
