Clinical Representative

Description:

Sequel Technologies is hiring a Clinical Representative with a completed MBBS, BDS, or DPT (non-practicing) degree. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare and technology, with a strong understanding of clinical workflows and experience or interest in Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) systems. This role involves enhancing clinical digital solutions and training healthcare teams for optimized workflow and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and enhance EHR/EMR workflows, including SOAP notes, labs, templates, and procedures

• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare staff to understand clinical workflow requirements

• Provide structured feedback to improve product functionality and clinical features

• Train internal teams and clients on EHR functionalities and clinical best practices

• Ensure clinical documentation aligns with healthcare standards and regulations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must have MBBS, BDS, or DPT degree (non-practicing)

• Experience in healthcare IT or use of EHR/EMR systems preferred

• Ability to design templates and generate reports within EHR platforms

• Knowledge of healthcare billing and coding is a plus

• Strong clinical understanding and ability to work collaboratively with technical teams

• Excellent communication and training skills

Work Schedule:

• Night Shift (US Hours): 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Summer timings)

• Office-based, with location preference for Bahria Town Phase 7, 8, and DHA Phase 1
