Client Success Manager

Responsibilities
- Understand the WorkTipsPro Job Search Program
- Follow clients through program modules and lead them through the entire learning/job search journey
- Follow up with mentees
- Find out how mentees have been doing during the week
- Send weekly priorities on what clients should focus on in the week
- Do written and video resume reviews
- Do LinkedIn reviews
- Do portfolio reviews
- Do mock interviews
- Attend office hours
- Lead office hours
- Answer mentees questions
- Track client metrics weekly (application, networking, social media)
- Encourage and support mentees
- Do check up calls with mentees
- Do onboarding calls with mentees
- Hold mentees accountable with love.
Requirements
Must-have
- Be good with clients. Have client-facing experience
- Very good verbal and written English
- Experience working with North American clients
- Work US/Canada Eastern Timezone
- Good internet connection for video calls
- Flexible to work weekends and evenings
Nice to have
- Career coaching exposure/experience
- HR/Recruitment experience
- Resume writing experience
- Project management experience
