Description:
·Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients by understanding their business goals and objectives and providing strategic guidance and support.
·Identifying new business opportunities with existing clients and pursuing those opportunities to drive revenue growth.
·Develop account plans and strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives and ensure client satisfaction.
·Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as creatives, sales, and design, to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
·Managing and resolving client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
·Monitoring and analyzing client performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
·Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
·A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
·2-4 years of experience in account management or a related field in an advertising agency, with a proven track record of success
·Excellent relationship-building skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
·Strong strategic thinking skills to develop and execute account plans and strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
·Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and senior management.
·Strong analytical skills to monitor and analyze client performance metrics, and identify trends, and opportunities for improvement.
·Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior team members.
