Description:
Responsibilities
• Work as the primary contact between Incision and its clients.
• Understand the client’s needs, expectations, and feedback.
• Maintain communication, conduct meetings, and write contact reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, operations, and finance) to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Manage assignments and timelines.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in client service, account management, or a similar role.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and other tools relevant to the job.
