Client Services Executive

Description:

Elevation Private Limited is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Service Executive to join our esteemed advertising firm.

Responsibilities:

Ø Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service

Ø Campaign Development and Execution: Understand client needs and objectives, and work closely with internal teams to develop and execute effective advertising campaigns

Ø Project Coordination: Coordinate with creative, media, and production teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery

Ø Campaign Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and recommendations for optimization

Ø Client Query Handling: Handle client queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner

Ø Presentation and Report Preparation: Assist in preparing client presentations and reports

Requirements:

Ø Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Ø Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ø Multitasking Ability: Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Ø Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Ø Knowledge of Advertising and Marketing: Knowledge of advertising and marketing principles is a plus

Ø Experience: Previous experience in client servicing or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
