QUARKS PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated and professional Client Service Executive to join our dynamic team in Lahore. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and identifying opportunities to enhance business growth. The selected candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all client needs are met with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Communication: Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring all communication—via calls, emails, and meetings—is clear, professional, and timely.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve client queries and complaints, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure client expectations are fulfilled seamlessly.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports detailing client activities, feedback, and potential areas for service enhancement.
- Market Analysis: Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities, sharing relevant insights with clients to provide value-added service.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in client servicing or account management.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
