Client Retention Manager

 

Description:

Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.

· Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs to provide tailored solutions.

· Handle client escalations and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

· Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to clients.

· Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and support, to ensure a seamless client experience.

· Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing industry insights, best practices, and recommendations.

· Prepare regular reports and presentations on client performance and progress.

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

· Proven relevant 2-3 years of experience in client management, account management, customer relationship or a similar role

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for client management.
