Client Relations Associate

PostEx is looking for a Client Relations Associate to join our Inside Sales Department at Lahore. The sales professional will be responsible for business development through Tele Sales, should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service. Candidate must be customer-oriented individual with pleasant personality and proven ability to multi-task. 3+ years of work experience as a Client Relations Executive, Inside-sales Representative, or a related job position in the Sales department idealy for international projects is preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing…

1.    Understanding the products and services offered by the company.

2.    Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.

3.    Calling existing and potential customers to update them about the recent launches.

4.    Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.

5.    Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.

6.    Taking and processing customers' orders in a professional manner.

7.    Creating monthly and weekly sales report for management.

8.    Providing an excellent communication and understanding with the current and prospect

merchants.

9.    Answering to customers' questions in regards to products and services.

10. Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.

Qualities You Possess…

1.    Bachelor’s degree in any field or High school diploma preferred Excellent and fluent English-speaking skills.

2.    Excellent English writing skills.

3.    Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

4.    Outstanding ability to follow scripts.

5.    Ability to handle multiple tasks.

6.    Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.

7.    Good time management skills.

8.    Fluency in speaking Arabic would be a plus.
