Client & Project Success Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure KPIs are met across multiple projects by maintaining oversight and ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Address and resolve stakeholder concerns by acting as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and leadership.

• Facilitate seamless communication between developers, designers, product managers, and clients to ensure expectations are met.

• Monitor performance metrics and identify improvement areas to enhance overall efficiency.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project flow without directly managing execution.

• Support leadership in operational decision-making by providing insights based on stakeholder feedback and data.

Key Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management (preferably in the tech sector).

• Outstanding interpersonal skills—ability to connect, communicate, and engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills—capable of interpreting KPIs and making data-driven recommendations.

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder concerns while ensuring smooth project progression.

• A proactive problem-solver who can navigate complex team dynamics.

• Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
