Client Connection Manager

 

Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Client Connection Manager, The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating transportation services, resolving any client issues or concerns, and ensuring timely and secure deliveries.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Generating leads: Cold search - looking for new clients and working with existing ones;

Collecting and checking required paperwork to do the quote for the client;

Effective communication on an everyday basis and follow-up; Maintaining positive business relationships;

Multitask between answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails.

Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Understands and promotes company programs.

Call clients and potential clients to evaluate and offer services.

Maintains client records.

Answer client questions about products and availability.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Relationship Management, and Communication skills
  • Experience in Sales is required
  • Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
  • Attention to Detail and Organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage
  • Availability of equipment and stable internet
