Civil/architectural Engineering Draftsman

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil/Architectural Engineering Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in AutoCAD, Bill of Quantities (BoQ) preparation, construction work scheduling, and reporting. Prior experience working with overseas clients is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create detailed engineering drawings and designs using AutoCAD.


2. Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BoQ) for various projects.


3. Develop and maintain construction work schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines.


4. Generate accurate progress reports and documentation.


5. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project requirements.


6. Communicate effectively with overseas clients and adapt to their project standards and requirements (preferred).



Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in:

AutoCAD drafting for civil or architectural projects.

Preparing BoQs and related documentation.

Construction project scheduling and reporting.
