Civil Construction Engineer

Description:

· Regular supervision of construction works to ensure completion within stipulated time.

· To provide technical guidance on site as per design, drawing & specifications.

· To report regularly to the Line Manager on all matters related to the site.

· To arrange the construction material within required time and budget for smooth execution of the project.

· Prepare & review the work schedule of different activities to ensure progress on work.

· Prepare Cost estimation.

· Carry out correspondence with the Line Manager regarding any variation order due to additional works.

· Experience on Prime Vera / MS Project for Project scheduling.

· Experience on various building structures (RCC, Shell, 2Tee, PEB).

· Any other task assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements.

· BE / BSc / BS / B-Tech / DAE Civil Engineering.

· Candidate should have 5 year of experience for BE/BSc & 7 Years for BS/B-Tech.

· Should be good in conflict resolution.

· Should have advance knowledge of current trends and engineering standards.

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

· Able to meet deadlines in a high pressure environment.
