Chief Technology Officer

A leading organization is seeking a highly skilled Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its technology strategy and innovation in the O&M, energy, utilities, and infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving digital transformation, implementing smart monitoring systems, and optimizing operational efficiency through technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Innovation:

✔ Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
✔ Identify and integrate emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
✔ Drive digital transformation initiatives, including automation, IoT, AI, and data analytics.
✔ Foster innovation and research to maintain a competitive edge in the O&M sector.

Operational & Maintenance Technology Management:

✔ Oversee the implementation of predictive and preventive maintenance technologies.
✔ Ensure the integration of smart monitoring systems for real-time asset management.
✔ Improve reliability and sustainability through technology-driven solutions.
✔ Collaborate with operations teams to optimize asset performance and minimize downtime.

Leadership & Team Management:

✔ Lead and mentor a team of Electrical Engineers/WTG Technical Engineers and technology professionals.
✔ Work with cross-functional teams to drive technology-driven improvements.
✔ Develop training programs to enhance technological competency within the organization.

Stakeholder Engagement & Compliance:

✔ Work closely with the CEO and executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals.
✔ Engage with vendors, partners, and industry experts to leverage external expertise.
✔ Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
✔ Represent the company in technology forums, conferences, and industry events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
✔ 8-10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles (preferably in O&M, energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors).
✔ Strong expertise in digital transformation and automation.
✔ Experience with predictive maintenance and smart monitoring solutions.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

✔ Knowledge of regulatory compliance in O&M technology.
✔ Relevant certifications or industry credentials.
✔ Familiarity with sustainability and green energy initiatives.
