Description:
This role will require someone who has immense passion for social impact, is willing to venture into the unknown, to try (and fail), question the status quo, deal with uncertainty with grit, determination and a can-do attitude; someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty, and has the ability to take a step back to juxtapose the day to day against the bigger picture. The role entails working on strategy and diving deep into operations, building a cohesive team culture that is centered around impact and responsibility, nurturing collaborative relationships across industry and academia, and developing stronger systems, processes, and policies that fuel more ownership and impact.
