Description:
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will work with us as a strategic leader, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance ConnectX's brand reputation. The CMO will lead the marketing team in creating and implementing innovative campaigns, analysing market trends, and building strong customer relationships leading to business growth, profitability and expansion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Lead the marketing team in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Build and manage the company's brand identity and reputation.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Manage the company's website and online presence.
- Oversee public relations and media relations activities.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Measure and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
Qualifications
- At least 12 to 14 years experience in marketing with proven track record in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in the BPO industry. Significant exposure to any of the following markets: UK, Europe, USA, Canada.
- Strong understanding of the BPO market and its target audience.
- Expertise in digital marketing and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a marketing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
